Booking and stay conditions at Agriturismo Tenuta Badia.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

1. Arrival and departure<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 Check-in from 14:00<\/strong>.
\u2022 Check-out by 10:00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

2. Rates, payments and cancellations<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Payment and cancellation conditions depend on the rate you choose. The cancellation conditions described here apply only to direct bookings made by telephone or through the official website<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Payment methods<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

We accept bank transfers, Visa and Mastercard credit cards, PayPal and payments through Stripe<\/strong>. Payment deadlines are those specified for your chosen rate.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Bookings through online travel agencies (OTAs)<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

For bookings made through Booking.com, Airbnb or other booking platforms<\/strong>, the cancellation conditions of the rate accepted at the time of booking and the procedures of the relevant platform apply.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The property does not intervene in, waive or adjust cancellation conditions accepted through a booking platform.<\/strong> The conditions and benefits offered for direct bookings, including credit through a voucher, do not apply to OTA bookings.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Published rate<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 At the time of booking:<\/strong> no payment is required.
\u2022 Free cancellation:<\/strong> up to 90 days before arrival.
\u2022 Cancellation less than 90 days but more than 10 days before arrival:<\/strong> 30% of the total booking price<\/strong> will be charged. This amount can be used as credit through a voucher for a new booking made directly through the website.
\u2022 Cancellation 10 days or less before arrival:<\/strong> 30% of the total booking price<\/strong> will be charged. Any credit through a voucher is at management\u2019s discretion, according to the criteria below.
\u2022 Balance:<\/strong> payable on arrival.
\u2022 No-show:<\/strong> 30% of the total booking price<\/strong> is payable.
\u2022 Early departure:<\/strong> no refund of the accommodation price already paid, including unused nights.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Standard rate<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 At the time of booking:<\/strong> payment of a withdrawal deposit (caparra penitenziale) equal to 30% of the total cost<\/strong>.
\u2022 Cancellation more than 10 days before arrival:<\/strong> the withdrawal deposit can be used in full as credit through a voucher for a new booking made directly through the website.
\u2022 Cancellation 10 days or less before arrival:<\/strong> any credit for the withdrawal deposit through a voucher is at management\u2019s discretion, according to the criteria below. If no credit is granted, the 30% withdrawal deposit is retained.
\u2022 Remaining 70% balance:<\/strong> payable on arrival.
\u2022 No-show:<\/strong> the guest forfeits the withdrawal deposit of 30% of the total booking price<\/strong>.
\u2022 Early departure:<\/strong> no refund of the accommodation price already paid, including unused nights.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Bookings made 10 days or less before arrival \u2014 Published and Standard rates<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Bookings made 10 days or less before arrival<\/strong>, including the tenth day, are subject to the conditions for that period. Credit for the 30% amount in the event of cancellation is therefore subject to management\u2019s assessment as described below.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Credit 10 days or less before arrival \u2014 Published and Standard rates<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

For cancellations 10 days or less before arrival<\/strong>, credit for the 30% amount is not automatic. Management may authorise it after assessing whether the accommodation can be re-let for the cancelled dates without financial loss to the agriturismo.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

If management grants the credit, a voucher for the eligible amount<\/strong> is issued for a new booking made directly through the official website<\/strong>. Otherwise, the guest remains liable for the 30% amount and no voucher is issued.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Voucher for a future booking<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

When credit is provided for by the rate or granted by management for cancellations notified 10 days or less before arrival, a voucher is issued. The amount is recovered through a new stay, with no cash refund.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 Where to use it:<\/strong> for a new booking made directly through the property\u2019s official website.
\u2022 Usual validity:<\/strong> the voucher can be used for a new booking and stay to be completed by 31 December of the year after the year of issue<\/strong>. The applicable expiry date is shown on the voucher. For example, a voucher issued in 2026 would normally expire on 31 December 2027.
\u2022 New booking:<\/strong> the voucher can be used for a new booking with a total equal to the available voucher value<\/strong>.
\u2022 Conditions for the chosen period:<\/strong> the rates, minimum stay and other conditions applicable to the selected period apply to the new booking.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Non-refundable rate<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 Payment:<\/strong> the full accommodation price is charged immediately at the time of booking<\/strong>.
\u2022 Cancellation, changes or no-show:<\/strong> the full booking price is payable. If already paid, the amount is retained.
\u2022 Early departure:<\/strong> no refund of the accommodation price, including unused nights.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Information common to all three rates<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 10% VAT included<\/strong>.
\u2022 Meals not included:<\/strong> the accommodation rate does not include meals. Breakfast may be requested separately from the options below.
\u2022 Tourist tax:<\/strong> \u20ac1 per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights<\/strong>. Children under 14, meaning those who have not yet reached their fourteenth birthday, are exempt. Any other exemptions provided for by municipal regulations also apply.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

3. Locally sourced organic breakfast<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Accesso esclusivo SPA: \u20ac 60 per accesso esclusivo. 2 persone \/ 2 ore. Degustazioni Vigne Narranti: Le degustazioni Vigne Narranti si svolgono presso Tenuta Badia e richiedono un minimo di 2 partecipanti. I prezzi sono a persona. Data e orario da concordare con la struttura; la richiesta \u00e8 soggetta a conferma. Le altre esperienze presentate sul sito sono suggerimenti per il soggiorno. Le modalit\u00e0 delle attivit\u00e0 esterne vanno verificate con i rispettivi organizzatori.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

5. Pets<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Animali domestici ammessi negli appartamenti; la camera \u00e8 esclusa. Dogs and cats accustomed to living indoors are welcome. You must let us know when booking if you are bringing a pet. Pets must not cause damage or disturb other guests. Owners are fully responsible for any damage caused. Non sono previsti supplementi, salvo richiesta esplicita della direzione.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

How to cancel \u2014 Direct bookings<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Cancellations of direct bookings must be notified by email to info@vacanzeideali.it<\/a><\/strong> or, where available, through the booking portal on the official website<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

For bookings made through OTAs, the relevant platform\u2019s procedures and the OTA clause in section 2 apply.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Requests to change dates \u2014 Published and Standard rates<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Requests to change dates are subject to checks on accommodation availability<\/strong>, the price applicable to the new dates<\/strong> and the minimum stay for the chosen period<\/strong>. The change can be confirmed once these requirements have been checked and can be met.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

For the Non-refundable rate, the condition on changes set out in section 2 continues to apply.
