We are genuinely surprised by your review because you did not mention any concerns during your stay. Had you informed us that you were not satisfied, you could have left immediately and we would have refunded the full amount you had paid. We have absolutely no problem doing so, because our priority is to have happy guests who communicate openly with us. We are always available and welcome our guests with the simplicity and warmth of our farming heritage. Regarding your comments about the traditional furniture, to us these pieces represent our culture, history, and memories. We are proud of preserving them and will never replace them with modern furniture. If any accessory or additional item had been needed, we would have been happy to provide it—had you simply asked. As for the facilities, we offer two swimming pools treated with a modern salt-water purification system and electronic controls, as well as complimentary sun loungers and parasols for the exclusive use of our guests. We do not offer breakfast or hotel-style services. Instead, we offer peace, authenticity, and the relaxing atmosphere of a genuine agriturismo for guests who appreciate this unique rural setting.
