Tenuta Badia is surrounded by nature. Please help protect it with a few everyday actions:

• Switch off lights, air conditioning or heating when doors and windows are open or when you are away from the apartment.
• Use water and energy responsibly.
• Avoid unnecessary waste.

Peace and quiet are an essential part of the experience. Please respect quiet hours from 22:30 to 09:00 and from 13:00 to 16:00.

Keep noise and loud music to a minimum, especially in the evening and at night. The property is in a shared rural setting, where consideration for others is essential.

Our apartments are designed to welcome you with comfort and simplicity.

• Keep your accommodation tidy during your stay.
• Leave it in a reasonable condition on departure.
• Report any damage or malfunction promptly.

Sorting waste is compulsory. Follow the instructions in your accommodation and in the dedicated section of this guide.

• Separate waste correctly.
• Use the bins at the entrance to the property.
• Do not leave rubbish in the apartment at check-out.

Pets are welcome, but you must tell us about them when booking. Some apartments are more suitable as they have a private fenced garden.

• Pets must not roam freely or be left unattended in shared areas.
• Dogs must be kept on a lead when other guests are present.
• Always pick up pet waste in shared areas and gardens.

Pet owners are responsible for cleanliness and respect for shared spaces.

There is no lifeguard on duty and the maximum depth is 1.50 m.

• Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
• Showering before entering is compulsory.
• Wear suitable non-slip footwear.
• Running and diving are prohibited.

Be considerate of other guests and keep noise down, especially during quiet hours.

This space is dedicated to relaxation, tranquillity and restoring body and mind.

• Access requires booking at least 24 hours in advance.
• Admission is prohibited for anyone under 18.
• Respect your allocated times and leave the area tidy.
• Use the wellness area only if you are in good health.

Because of the high temperatures, do not use it if you have certain medical conditions or low blood pressure.

For safety and insurance reasons, access is restricted to registered guests.

Any visitors must be authorised in advance. Overnight stays, use of the pools or wellness area, and parties or events without prior agreement are not permitted.
