PACIANO – The olive harvest was drawing to a close. After a few rainy days, the clouds gave way to crisp mornings and blue skies. As the mist lifted, the countryside came into focus and the warm sunshine invited us outdoors.
We were looking at local events to enjoy the season of new olive oil and young wine. One in particular caught our eye: on Saturday 17 November, from 12:30 p.m., Fattoria Luca Palombaro organised a brunch with live blues music, fresh produce and the atmosphere of the Lake Trasimeno area.
In the old mill and village setting, guests could taste traditional dishes, freshly pressed olive oil and local wine, with a view over Lake Trasimeno.
Admission at the time was €20. We also offered a two-night apartment stay, Friday to Sunday, for €100 per couple, with a discount on private use of the wellness area. These 2018 prices and arrangements are no longer valid. For current stays, contact info@vacanzeideali.it.
