Combine history and innovation, architectural references and comfort was the choice that led the main property renovation, and the same values were added to the makeover of the rural annexe.
Each apartment is well-finished following the arte povera rules and elevated by the wood ceiling beams, terracotta floors, more traditional stonework. To complete the job, the pieces of furniture have a modern touch to keep comfort at the highest level.
We have different residential solutions, to help each family to find the right one for their stay. We start from 18 Sqm of the double room “Isola Minore” (particularly suitable for short stays and stops in transit) to 56 Sqm of superior apartments such as “Isola Polvese” and “Agilla & Trasimeno” suitable for long stays and for large families.
